Who are you, uscourts.gov? And what’s your business here?

I was perusing my blog stats a minute ago, and found this address: rch11.gtwy.uscourts.gov, in my list of recent readers.

For a minute, I was like “What de rasshole?!” Essentially curious, a journalist at heart always, I decided to access it… couldn’t…. I loaded the top level domain and got to the Federal Judiciary, online home in the ether for the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals, US District Courts and the US Bankruptcy Courts.

I am assuming this is a proxy address for an internal web surfer, but I’m here thinking, who and why are they interested in my little blog?

Wouldn’t that freak you out? Or am I just being paranoid?
