Is today the 29th of August on Journalspace?
It’s no wonder this ranking thing causes so much drama, it seems highly inaccurate.
Yesterday my blog made it all the way to Number 6 on the Most read blogs on JS. This is the first time it’s apparently happened in more than month.
Yet, on the JS front page, it says Sugarmelon is #6, and there’s no sign of my blog in the top ten.
Now, I don’t really give a shit whether I make the top ten or not… okay, deiseltangerine will accuse me of hypocrisy, so at some level I care, it’s just that I don’t understand how this thing works.
I find it kind of sometimeish. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Back when I was in the top ten every day for a couple of weeks, it happened a couple of times then as well.
Why is it that the Top Ten Read Blogs isn’t accurately reflected on the front page?
It makes one go… Hmmmm…..
Last week Keefs had stuff in negative numbers and other types of weirdness, so what is the story JS Admin?
Help a sister to understand.
EDIT—–
Now I’m showing up on the front page, but as #8 not the #6 in my stats. Shucks man… I’m even more confused.
