6:30am – Gather at NBUF 2428 Southmore, Houston, Texas For Caravan Departure
7:30am Sharp – Caravan Departure From Houston To Galveston (Round Trip Bus Adults $15.00, Elders & Youth $10.00)
9:00am – Ceremony on Galveston, Beach at 29th St. & Seawall Blvd.
