Choonks posted this quote in her blog today, and anyone who knows me knows I love Goethe.
As it happens, this quote is particularly apt for a recent turn of events in my life professionally, because just what this quote says happens when you decide, is EXACTLY what happened to me once I made my choice.
It’s as though choosing to let go, move on, to seek better grazing land, to seek a better life for my child and myself, to seek to allow all the lessons I had learnt previously to guide my decisions and my actions, the UNIVERSE EMBRACED ME.
Check it:
"The moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it. Begin it now." — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
