This place in Strood, that I went to the first few weeks I was in England. Racist, terrible service, tried to con me out of a couple pounds.

If you could own any building in existence, which one would you want?
Kew Cottage (Spooner’s Hill, Barbados). I used to rent that house for a couple of years. It was right across the street from my grandmother’s house, but it originally belonged to a family of sisters… four old spinstered ladies who were characters, and they took care of me and my brother when we were little… babysitting for my mother and grandmother after my grandfather passed away. It’s a lovely house, over a hundred years old, with rubbled wooden floors and a real chimney and fireplace.

My iPod… the week before my birthday; but I don’t regret it anymore.
