Chris Rock Does His Duty For Black Women Of All Ages

I found this gem in Afrobella’s RSS feed today, and went over to read her great post on Chris Rock’s new documentary.

It made me remember my own posts about the whole ‘good hair’ thing, and what it meant for me on a personal level as well as at the wider level across the Diaspora level as well.

I want to point attention to this post in particular, which links to the awesome documentary by Aron Ranen on the Black hair industry and the culture of Black hair, and what it is really costing and doing to the Black community.
