I am becoming a believer in oil pulling!
In three days of daily sessions, although nowhere near 20 mins, and about three months of irregular sessions (every few days):
1) My teeth are definitely whiter and getting whiter. I have noticed a clear difference, especially over the last few days.
My teeth feel sooooo silky smooth… It’s amazing!
2) Since I was a little girl I have only been able to breathe through one nostril. A few days ago, after oil pulling for the first time in a few weeks as I had just got a fresh bottle of coconut oil, I woke up the next day able to breathe DEEPLY through both nostrils for the first time in my life.
And at no point have I gone back to single nostril breathing either. It’s pretty awesome to find out my body can do something I didn’t know it could.
3) I am smoking less.
4) Dayo and I just did our first joint oil pull today, and the difference in his teeth was INSTANT!!! It was shocking… I thought it would be good for him, because I get frustrated with him because he does a sloppy job of brushing his teeth if I don’t stand over him.
Thankfully he has no cavities, but he has managed to get some plaque build up and I knew a dentist visit would be necessary soon. This might eliminate this all together!! I mean just wow!
So ummm… I am convinced! Dayo liked it–after protesting at first–he told me he wanted to do it again before he goes to sleep.
How cool is that?
I am getting used to the daily thing… I just love the after feeling after brushing. I am going to experiment with a recipe for homemade toothpaste too.
I find that faster forty approaches, the more I am focussing on my own self-care. I feel like I have ignored it for so long, it really is time for me to really spend time doing more natural, holistic things to clear my entire matrix of gunk.
The fact I can get Dayo into such a good habit is a good thing too.
how do you do it
I think I need to write another post!!!
