I spoke with my Iya about last night, and we are due for a discussion. It doesn’t seem like she shares the anger the other two did.

She was actually worried about me.

I still have to speak my truth about how I feel, but she was wonderful on the phone this afternoon and I feel better for it.

She is the Mother of our Ile, so she will handle our Ile’s business.

I’m not too proud to learn a lesson, not too self absorbed not to understand someone else’s position. I just want to be heard. I want my truth to be heard.
